Remembering Mary Pickering


On March 9, 2008, Mary Pickering sang for the offertory during 10:30 worship. Eight months later Mary died in a tragic car accident. This poignant clip is a haunting reminder not only of Mary's beautiful voice but of the message she shared with all of us. (3 minute video)

Jimmy Creech at the Forum - 2007

On March 18, 2007, Jimmy Creech spoke to the Sunday Morning Forum at CUCC. Jimmy served as Pastor at Fairmont Methodist Church in Raleigh and became involved in a controversy involving his support for gay and lesbian rights. At the Forum Jimmy speaks on the current status of his efforts on this issue. Jimmy is introduced by Cy King.
